Rough Estimate

You will receive a budgetary estimate of the cost
to complete your project.

Design Agreement

following your approval of the rough estimate, we
will enter into a design agreement and begin the
fun, detailed design work.

Layout

Your designer will create a layout that includes all
cabinets, appliances, aceessories, and structural
changes necessary to make your home function perfectly for you.

Cabinets & Appliances

With the layout in place, your designer will
help you choose the custom cabinets and
appliances that best fit your style and
functional needs.

Finishes

You and your designer will work together to
select the countertops, flooring, fixtures, and
accessories that put the finishing touches on
your new, custom space

THE REMODELING PROCESS

engineering plans to the city for approval in
order to acquire the necessary permits.

Preparation

Demolition

Typically the quickest part of the project, our
meticulous crews carefully remove your old
cabinets, countertops, flooring, and/or walls
during the demolition phase.

Framing & Utilities

Your project will come to life as we complete
framing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.We’ll
finish with drywall, carefully smoothing and
texturing to match your existing space seamlessly.

Installation

Our team of experts will install your custom
cabinets, appliances, countertops, fixtures,
flooring, and accessories as soon as they
arrive, ensuring perfect fit and function.

Final Touches

After passing final inspections with the city,
our crews will handle any finishing touches
and thoroughly clean up so that you can
immediately begin memories in your new space.
